Your rights

Right to information

You have the legal right to request information about your Personal Data that we process. To ensure that we do not disclose any data to the wrong person, you must send a written and signed request, and with your request you must include a signed copy of a valid ID document. The register extract will be sent to you within 30 days from the reception of your request. If the register extract is so extensive that we need more time to process it, or if we for some reason cannot execute your request, we will inform you in due time. If you request a register extract more than once per year, we have the right to charge a fee for the management.

Right to rectification

You have the right to request the rectification of any incorrect Personal Data. You also have the right to complete any incomplete Personal Data.

 

Right to erasure

You may have the right to request erasure of your Personal Data in the following situations:

Right to object

You have the right to object that we process your data with the support of balancing interests. In such case you need to specify in writing what type of processing you object to. For such objections we are only allowed to continue processing your Personal Data if we can show there are compelling legitimate reasons which outweigh your interests.
